In addition to information necessary to enter, perform, or enforce this Contract, The Red Door Group may also collect personal identifying information that is necessary or appropriate for determining credit worthiness in instances where the Client requests a credit arrangement.

TRDG processes credit card transactions using, whose privacy policy can be viewed here. If TRDG collects a Client’s credit card information directly, this information is stored securely at TRDG’s facility and destroyed within 1 year after the Contract obligations are completed.

TRDG does not share Clients’ information with any third parties for any reason other than those stated here, except as required by law.


TRDG issues refunds in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including its Non-Refundable Retainer and Cancellation policies.


Delivery is available throughout the Bay Area. Pricing varies according to the distance traveled and the time of day.
